Vision:
Ukrainian cultural product development and preservation of cultural heritage of Ukraine as the part of international audiovisual industry.

Mission:
Charitable activities, namely the development of projects and programs in the national cinematography and the search for funding sources to implement them:

• organizational and financial support for producers and distributors of national films and their co- production partners.
• organizational and financial support creative people and talent (writers, directors, actors, etc.);

Establishment with patrons and other charitable organizations in concert with other funds and programs of specialized funds for charity. Controling of activity special funds and programs (establishing category awards and scholarships, grants, etc);

Foreign trade activity in fundraising in favor of established specialized funds and programs. The development of culture and experience of obtaining international grants in the audiovisual industry for developed programs and projects aimed at development of Ukrainian cultural product and preservation of cultural heritage of Ukraine as a part of international audiovisual industry.

To engage in non-profit organizations. Monitoring of national legislative and other measures that have an impact in the development of Ukrainian cultural product and preservation of cultural heritage of Ukraine, in particular in the audiovisual field and combating piracy, in view study public opinion research and an independent public examination of projects.
